Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to the use of axiomly.app, provided by Opencream SASU (see the Legal Notice). By using the site you accept them.
2. The service
Axiomly offers free tools (position size calculator, Analyst) and educational articles. We may change, limit or stop any part of the service at any time.
3. No investment advice
Everything on Axiomly is general information and a calculation aid. It is not investment, tax or legal advice, not a personal recommendation and not an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. We do not know your financial situation. You decide and act at your own risk.
Trading and leveraged products such as knock-out certificates can lead to the total loss of your capital. Check every result yourself and with your broker before placing an order. Past performance is no guide to future results.
4. AI-generated content
The Analyst creates text with an AI model. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, it is not reviewed by a person, and it is not research or advice by Opencream. Do not rely on it as the basis of an investment decision.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use automated means to access the tools beyond normal use, do not bypass rate limits, and do not use the site to break the law or to harm the service.
6. Liability
The tools are provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Liability under mandatory law, in particular for breach of essential obligations, remains unaffected and is then limited to the damage typically foreseeable at the time of use. We are not liable for trading losses.
7. Intellectual property
All content and software of the site belong to Opencream SASU or its licensors. You may use the tools for your own purposes. Any other use needs our written permission.
8. Governing law
French law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Mandatory consumer rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
