1. Who is responsible

The controller for this website is Opencream SASU, 15 Avenue Marie Amelie, Bâtiment G, 60500 Chantilly, France (RCS Compiègne 933 709 990).

2. Short version

• There are no user accounts and no forms. We do not ask for your name or email address.
• Your calculator inputs (account size, risk, prices) stay in your browser. They are not sent to our server.
• We measure how the site is used with PostHog (EU servers). It runs cookieless unless you click Accept, and then it also uses a cookie. We do not use Google Analytics.
• You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

3. What we process and why

Server logs (hosting)

When you open the site, our server at Hetzner (Germany) processes your IP address, the time, the requested address, the browser type and the referring page. This is technically necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and working site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not keep access logs of our own. Technical logs of the hosting infrastructure are rotated and deleted regularly.

Settings stored on your device

We store your language, theme and the state of the app-install prompt in your browser (local storage). This makes the site work the way you set it up and is not used to identify or track you. Nothing is stored on your device for analytics purposes before you consent.

Analytics with PostHog

We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., EU cloud) to understand how the site is used. Before you choose, and after you click Reject, PostHog runs in cookieless mode: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and records only anonymous page views and clicks on the tools. If you click Accept, PostHog also uses a cookie and local storage on your device to recognise return visits, and it derives your approximate location from your IP address. In both modes PostHog receives your IP address as part of the request. Purpose: understanding which pages and tools are used. Legal basis: your consent for the cookie-based mode (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the rules on storing information on your device) and our legitimate interest in basic aggregate statistics for the cookieless mode (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Rejecting removes the PostHog identifier from your device. You can object at any time: [email protected]. We do not use Google Analytics.

Analyst feature (AI)

When you use the Analyst, the company or ticker, your thesis and your goal are sent from our server to the Google Gemini API to generate the report. Please do not enter personal data in these fields. Google processes this text on our behalf to produce the answer. To limit abuse, we count requests per IP address in the memory of our server for 24 hours (3 requests per day). This counter is not written to disk.

4. Recipients and transfers outside the EU

Recipients are our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), PostHog Inc. (EU cloud) and Google (Gemini API). Where data goes to the USA, this relies on the European Commission adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to the provider. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the earlier processing). Write to [email protected]. We answer within one month.

You can complain to a data protection authority. In France this is the CNIL (cnil.fr). You may also contact the authority in your own country.

Providing data is never mandatory to use the tools. We make no automated decisions with legal effect about you.

6. Children

The site is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly process their data.

7. Changes

We update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
